Fiskal Accounting

An ADM with a clock on it

When an airline debits you, the window to dispute it is short and easy to miss. In Fiskal Accounting every ADM gets a deadline, a status and a place for the BSPlink reference — so the ones still worth fighting are on one screen, counting down.

Why ADMs slip through

An ADM usually arrives as an email. Nobody owns it, the dispute window closes, and the amount is simply gone. The problem is rarely the dispute itself — it is that nobody saw the deadline.

What is kept for each ADM

  • The deadline to dispute it, counting down
  • Its status
  • The BSPlink reference
  • The ticket, and the seller who sold it

On the first screen the owner opens

ADMs still open appear on the dashboard, beside customers who are over their credit limit — not in a folder someone has to remember to open.

Charged to the seller who sold the ticket

In Seller Performance, ADMs and ACMs land on the seller who sold the ticket. A seller’s margin therefore shows what the ticket really earned once the airline had its say, not only what it looked like on the day of sale.

Questions

Does an ADM change a seller’s figures?

Yes. ADMs and ACMs land on the seller who sold the ticket, so the margin in Seller Performance includes them.

Where do I see which ADMs are still open?

On the dashboard, and on the ADM list itself, where each one shows its deadline and status.
