Your business makes money every day.Do you know where it goes?
Excel records your business.Fiskal Accounting does the accounting — anyone can run it.
No credit card. No sales call. Your own account in a couple of minutes.
Two businesses, same Monday morning
Same week, same tickets, same customers. In one, every answer has to be assembled by hand. In the other it is already there.
Business A — on Excel
Answers arrive tomorrow, if the file is up to date.
- “How much did we make this month?” — let me check the sheet
- “Which supplier do we owe?” — let me calculate it
- “Why doesn't this number match?” — nobody is sure
- “Which customer still owes us?” — open three files
- Reports are built by hand, the week they are due
- Errors sit quietly until someone happens to notice
- Everything depends on one person who knows the file
Business B — on Fiskal Accounting
The owner opens one screen — and some of it came to them.
- Sales this month — on the dashboard
- Supplier payable — current, to the entry
- Customer receivable — per customer, per currency
- Bank and cash balances — reconciled as you go
- Net profit — today, not last quarter
- Every change carries a name, a time, and the old value
- The knowledge lives in the system, not in one head
Don't just record the transaction.
Automate what follows it.
A payment in Excel is a row. A payment here starts a chain — and finishes it on the customer's phone, where they will actually read it.
Customer pays
Payment recorded, both currencies
Balance updates instantly
Receipt generated
WhatsApp confirmation sent
And it works the other way. An unpaid balance doesn't wait to be noticed — the system finds it and sends the reminder.
See what the owner sees
The numbers you ask for, on one screen — and the reminder that goes out without you.
The parts you'll use every day
Nine screens carry most of the work. Open any one to see what it actually does.
Your books, the GDS and the BSP bill — side by side
Every ticket number lined up three ways: what you entered, what Sabre or Amadeus issued, and what BSP actually charged you. The rows that don't agree come to the top, in red.
See how it works
- A BSP charge with nothing in your books to match it
- A ticket you billed for less than BSP charged you
- A ticket in the GDS that never became an invoice
- Voids and reissues recognised, not counted twice
Their statement, against your books
A supplier sends his statement — a PDF, an Excel file, a photo of a printed page. Upload it and it is read and lined up against your own ledger for the same period, line by line, with what matched and what did not.
See how it works
- PDF, Excel, CSV or a photo of a printed statement, up to 40 MB
- Excel and CSV are read directly — no AI involved at all
- A PDF or a photo is read for the supplier, the period and the lines
- Lines pair on amount within three days, so a date written differently still matches
- Four verdicts: matched · amount differs · only in their file · only in your books
- On the supplier statement, the customer account statement and the journal
Open it, and the answer is already there
Sales, what you are owed, what you owe and the margin on it — for today, this month or the year — with the money owed to you split by how old it is. Every figure is read from the ledger, not from a summary somebody keeps.
See how it works
- One date range drives every block on the page
- Cash and bank, as at any date you choose
- ADMs still open, and customers over their credit limit
- Sales by month with the margin drawn over it
- Each user picks the blocks he wants — his role decides which ones he may have
Every seller on one page
What each of your people sold, the margin on it, and how much of that is still sitting unpaid. The unpaid figure is the ageing report’s own allocation, not a second count — so the two screens can never disagree with each other.
See how it works
- Sold, re-invoiced and net sold — a refund is not a sale
- Margin per seller, counted when the invoice is written, not when the money arrives
- ADMs and ACMs land on the seller who sold the ticket
- Click a seller to open Customer Ageing filtered to him — which customers, and how late
- Click a total to open the rows behind it
Sell in one currency, buy in another
The customer is billed in his currency and the supplier is paid in his, on the same invoice — each held with the rate that was actually used. So a statement from last March still reads the way it did last March.
See how it works
- The rate is stored on the entry, not looked up again later
- Customer statements in any of the three
- EUR too, when a supplier bills in it
- No sheet of old rates to keep on the side
A statement from last March still reads the way it did last March.

The messages go out on their own
Record an invoice, a receipt or a refund and the customer has it the same minute. A balance sitting too long, a flight tomorrow, an airport pickup in three hours, a birthday — each goes out on its own schedule, by WhatsApp, by email, or both.
See how it works
- Auto-send on the document — invoice, re-invoice, receipt, journal voucher, refund, supplier bill
- Reminders for payment, flight, return, the airport pickup, the team and birthdays — each with its own send time
- WhatsApp only, email only, or both — chosen per reminder
- A summary sent to the numbers you pick — invoices, ACM/ADM, supplier bills
- Every message logged: sent, failed, skipped or blocked, and why
- Sent from your own WhatsApp Business number, registered with Meta in your company's name
The reports you're asked for
Trial balance, journal, customer and supplier statements, profit and loss, balance sheet — already built and already filtered. Print or export from the page you are looking at.
See how it works
- A trial balance that proves itself
- Account statement with a running balance
- Profit and loss, and a balance sheet, for any period
- Print or Excel from the same screen
You decide what each person can even see
Every page carries its own permissions — view, create, edit, delete, print, export — and the first three are a time window rather than a yes or no. Set it on the role, then override it for one person, without inventing a new role to do it.
See how it works
- Navigation access — which pages a role can see at all
- Resource access — view, create, edit, delete, print and export, one line per page
- Each of the first three carries a window: today, this month, this year, the last N days, or all
- An edit window per role — how far back that person may still change something
- Field access — hide or lock ONE field for a role or a single user, and only when you say so
- A colour per role in the top bar, so nobody forgets whose session they are in
- Sign-in can be limited to known addresses, per user
Nothing changes without a name on it
Every edit is kept with the person, the moment, the field and the value it had before — and you read it on a screen, not in a log file somebody has to fetch. Underneath it a second trail is written by the database itself.
See how it works
- Who, when, which field, and what it was before
- Readable on screen — one record, or across the whole book
- The second trail is written by the database, not by the application
- So a change that never passed through a screen is recorded too

Made for the hard cases. Made to travel.
Two currencies on one invoice, a rate that moves under you, an airline that debits you without warning. Software that holds up in a week like that is not troubled by an easier one — and it goes wherever you sell.
A post-dated cheque has its own date
A cheque written today and dated for October is not money yet. Each one is held with its own due date, so you can see what clears this week and what is still months away — without a diary and without asking the bank.
An ADM has a clock on it
When an airline debits you, the window to argue is short and it is easy to miss. Every ADM gets a deadline, a status and a place for the BSPlink reference — so the ones still worth fighting are on one screen, counting down, instead of in somebody's inbox.
Who owes you, and for how long
The same money split by age — 30, 60, 90 days and beyond — tied to the ledger, not a separate spreadsheet. Give a customer terms and the report stops asking how old a debt is and starts asking how late it is. Cross his credit limit and the invoice says so while you are still typing it.
VAT that adds itself up
Set the rate once and every invoice and bill carries its own tax. The return is built from the entries themselves at the end of the period — not retyped into a form from a pile of paper.
What you own, and what it is worth now
Every laptop, car and office fit-out on a register with its cost, its life and what is left of it. The charge for a month or a year is posted as a real journal entry once that period has ended — so the balance sheet is right without anyone working it out in December.
More than one office, one set of books
Each branch keeps its own invoices, its own cash and its own numbers, while the chart of accounts, the customers and the suppliers stay shared between them. The group still closes as one company.
A closed month stays closed
Close a period and it is sealed — no back-dated entry, no edit, no deletion. It is enforced on the record itself rather than on the button, so an automated path cannot slip past it, and nobody bypasses it, an administrator included: the month has to be unlocked first, deliberately.
A copy of everything, off the machine
A backup can be taken on a schedule and pushed off the server to Google Drive or a NAS you control, with the oldest copies pruned as they go. A machine that dies takes nothing with it.
Ask the books a question
Type “which customers still owe me from July” in plain words and read the answer. It runs the query itself against your own data — and it can only ever READ: inserts, updates and deletes are switched off in the service, not just hidden from the screen.
Points your customers come back for
A customer earns points on what he pays and spends them as a discount on the next ticket. A refund gives back what he actually used — points if he paid in points, cash if he paid cash — so a returned ticket can never quietly turn a discount into money.
Settle a hundred invoices in one pass
Filter the invoices you want, check them, and the receipts are written for all of them at once instead of one screen at a time — the same documents, the same ledger, a fraction of the typing.
Undo a bad import without unpicking it by hand
Select what has to go, PREVIEW it first, then delete. The filter you previewed is recorded, and the delete refuses to run if anything about it has changed since — so what you were shown is exactly what goes, and never one row more.
The owner’s own spending, kept apart
Money the owner takes out of the cash box is recorded on its own page and stays out of every financial report — so it never quietly lands in the company’s costs and flatters or ruins a month that had nothing to do with it.
A note that does not live in someone’s head
Whatever has to be chased — a document, a call, a payment — written down inside the system beside the books it concerns, instead of on paper that leaves with the person who wrote it.
The manual is inside the system
Every page explains itself where you are standing, so a new person is not waiting on the one who already knows, and nobody is looking for a PDF that was written two versions ago.
Every plan is the full product
The difference is how many people use it and how much you put through it. The seats are in the price — the global platforms bill per user, so every hire raises their invoice forever. Start on the free trial and move when you're ready.

Coming from another system? Our team moves your balances in and trains your people.
When you join a plan, we bring your opening balances across for you — every customer, every supplier and every bank account — from a clean Excel or CSV export, up to 300 accounts. A larger or messier export, or your past years' documents, we quote once we have seen it.
- We study your data firstSend us an export from your old system. We look at how clean and well-structured it is, and how many lines there are.
- We tell you what the move takesBefore anything is loaded, you know what will come across and what needs tidying first.
- We move it once you are on a planThe move happens after you subscribe, not during the free trial.
- We train your team onlineA kick-off at the start, included in every plan: 2 hours on Small, 4 on Medium, 6 on Large, to be used within your first 60 days. Any hour after that is $40.
Before you start
What do I get during the free trial?
The whole product, straight away, as an empty set of books — you sign up and start entering. Bringing your balances over from your old system, and training your team (2, 4 or 6 hours online, by plan), come once you subscribe — how the move works. The trial is there to show you the system.
Which currencies does it handle?
USD, LBP and EUR — on the same entry, with the exchange rate stored alongside. That is what makes an old statement still reconcile after the rate has moved. Customers and suppliers each carry their own currency, so a euro supplier stays in euros.
A second office, or a second company — do I pay full price?
Each one keeps its own separate books, so it takes its own subscription — on whichever plan suits it, they do not have to match. The second is 30% off, and so is every one after it, because it is the same customer.
Which GDS does it read — Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo?
Sabre and Amadeus, both today: the interface records each of them already writes to a folder are picked up from that PC and turned into rows, with nothing to upload by hand. Galileo files are collected by the same agent from the same PC; reading them into rows is next. BSP and your own invoices are checked whichever GDS you issue on.
How does the WhatsApp sending work?
Messages go out from your own WhatsApp Business number, through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your business verifies itself with Meta and registers the number — the account is in your company's name, not ours — and then it is connected to Fiskal Accounting. Until it is, every reminder can go by email instead.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan and carry on with the same account and the same data. Nothing you entered during the trial is thrown away. If you do not pick a plan, the account turns read-only the next day — see “What happens if I stop paying?” below.
What if I want my money back?
Annual plans: ask within 30 days of paying and the whole amount comes back. Monthly plans: within 7 days of a charge. The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Full terms — including how long your data is kept after you stop — are in the refund policy.
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Yes. Each business gets its own database — not a shared table with a column marking whose row is whose.
Can I limit what my staff can see?
Yes. Sellers, accountants, auditors and administrators each have their own permissions, and sign-in can be restricted to known IP addresses per user.
If I stop using it, can I take my data with me?
Yes. Your books are yours: you can download a full backup of your own database from inside the system at any time while your account is open — including the 30 read-only days after a subscription or trial ends, which is when you are most likely to want it. You never need to ask us.
What happens if I stop paying?
The day after your paid period ends the system turns read-only: you can still sign in, read, print and download a full backup of your whole database — you just cannot enter anything new. That lasts 12 months. After it, sign-in stops and we keep your database untouched for a further 90 days. Then we take it offline, after a final email to the address on the account, and keep a sealed copy of your books for 5 years — ask us at any time and it is handed back to you. Pay at any point while the account is still online and everything comes back exactly as you left it. A trial that is not converted ends the same way.
How is my account protected?
Two-step verification can be required per user, and every change is recorded with the name, the time and the value it had before — so a figure that moved can always be traced to a person and a moment.
Can I see it working before I sign up?
Yes — "See a live demo" opens a real, working account with a sample travel agency already in it. No sign-up, no password. It is read-only, so look anywhere you like; when you want to enter your own numbers, start the free trial.
How do I pay?
Today, in cash or by Whish Money. Tell us by email or phone that you want to continue, we send your invoice with the Whish number to pay to, and you get a receipt when it is paid — your account carries on with everything you entered during the trial. Card payment online is being set up and will be offered here as soon as it is ready.
